Who we are
Bed Linen Company Singapore is run by its founder and CEO, Renoo Caruso, who is named on this site rather than hidden behind a brand. In a category full of anonymous sellers that is worth saying plainly.
We sell bed linen, bedding sets, children's bedding, blankets, mattress toppers and protectors, pillowcases, silk sheets and a few bedroom accessories. That is the whole of it. We are not a marketplace and we do not list things we do not sell.
What we actually sell
23 products across 7 categories, and 123 buyable options once size, colour and piece count are counted.
Two fabrics get confused often enough to be worth stating here: satin is a WEAVE and silk is a FIBRE, so a fabric sold as satin can contain no silk. Both are on this site and each page says which it is.
How we sell it
Prices are in Singapore dollars and the checkout shows the full total before you pay. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. Below that the only method is Express Delivery at $22, and on a bigger order you can choose Express Delivery for the same $22 instead of the free service.
Every set states its piece count as well as its size, because a queen four-piece and a queen six-piece contain different things.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered within 7 working days by tracked courier. You can pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. Our shipping page has the full detail.
If something is not right
Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act apply to everything we sell. If an item turns up faulty, or it is not what the page described, email us and we will put it right. Our refunds and returns page explains how that works.

Who is behind Bed Linen Company
Bed Linen Company is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.

Fifteen days from purchase to change your mind on an unused item in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. You pay the return postage and the original delivery charge is not refunded. A faulty, damaged or incorrect item is repaired, replaced or refunded, and we pay the return postage.
