What we collect and why

We collect the name, email, phone number, delivery address, order contents and correspondence needed to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security and keep required business records.

Stripe or PayPal processes payment details on its own service. This website does not need to store full card details.

Who receives information

We share only what is needed with payment, fulfilment, delivery, hosting, order-storage, email and customer-support providers. We do not sell personal data.

Overseas processing

Some providers may process information outside Singapore. Where the Personal Data Protection Act applies, we use arrangements intended to provide a comparable standard of protection, subject to applicable exceptions.

Retention and security

We use reasonable safeguards and stop retaining personal data when it is no longer needed for a business or legal purpose.

Your choices

Subject to the Act and its exceptions, you may ask for access or correction, withdraw consent to optional uses, or raise a concern by emailing theteam@bedlinen.asia. See the Personal Data Protection Commission's obligations guide.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage keeps the cart and consent choice. Google Analytics loads only after the relevant consent.
